Ah, the joy of pix: 10X (38-380mm {Equiv} AF) Optical Zoom, 4.0 MegaPixels, program and manual exposure … what’s not to like?!? Well, thanks to Santa, we are the happy owners of a new collective memory recorder. The Kodak DX64090 has a lot going for it, and compared to our circa-1999, 1.0 MegaPixel HP dinosaur, this thing rocks. (OK, so you do need a very steady hand to shoot at full 10X mode!) But don’t take our word for it, “read more” for a small sampling of the DX6490 family album, or check out the excellent reviews found here and here.

Here’s a shot of our telecommuer-friendly work environment: telecommuter Stephen on iChat, with colleague Beth on a phone-based conference call — the rest of us are sitting off frame around the conference table (note the iSight camera pointing to the conference table!).

Derek, a teammate of Andy, getting ready to hit the ice.

After my recent trip to New York, Buddy the cat found a new favorite place to chill.
